Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Paramore gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
